I never intended to read for other people.

In the beginning, my focus was simply on understanding myself. I’ve always been very clairsentient—able to feel the emotions and energy of others—and claircognizant, with sudden, deep knowings that seemed to come from nowhere. At the time, I didn’t have words for it. I just knew I was feeling things that weren’t mine. I wanted to make sense of what I was picking up from the people around me—and more importantly, what was actually mine.
